The formation of an executive Master of Business Engineering (exec.MBE) was established for engineers who daily have to face complex decisions in the strained rivalry. In a world of accelerated competition they have to take into consideration the fast development of innovation and the ever-changing market, where the making of complex decisions represents a great challenge for them.

The executive Master of Business Engineering formation was established to help the preparation of decisions and the preceding evaluation by providing the participants during the e-formation with all the actual information of economy and informatics, that is essential for the development and by presenting the newest practical management methods.

The idea of the formation originated from the will of three companies that are outstanding performers in their branches and are also present in Hungary.
The FESTO Kft. and the IFUA Horváth & Partner Kft. and the SAP Hungary Kft. are all committed to development and innovation that are operating business life, and enable companies to stay on the top of the strained international rivalry.

Quality and innovation are our main criteria. We believe that it is only through the best performance that one can accomplish a wide, extensive managing work.

We therefore are releasing this management formation now, a formation that comprises the most important questions for managers about strategic management, logistics, quality management, company finance and the development of management accounting. In addition to this we also devote our attention to the efficient communication within the company and to motivation systems by examining both domestic and international examples. Informatics and the indispensable helper of today's manager will appear as a promoted issue in the formation, as IT turns up at almost every level of the company. This will be our subject along with integration of company procedures and informatics for three days.

To accomplish our formation we will have a look at the Hungarian regulations and specifications, and we will complete the proprietary rights and the management of change with some international examples.

The exec.MBE programme - that was developed with special care, especially for engineers - consists of nine levels. After the formation, the participants will be given a certificate.

During the formation the participants will have the opportunity to hear the opinion of leaders of economic and scientific areas and to listen to their experience in both the Hungarian and the international economy. On top of this we provide the possibility for an exchange of experiences between the participants.

At the end of the formation the participants will have the opportunity to spend a week at the German Formation Centre of FESTO in Rohrbach, where they can learn about the operation of the company through experiences in praxis and they can attend the company's training. The costs of the one-week formation are covered by FESTO, participants only have to cover the transport costs.
